My theory has always been that he officially has zero income, that the clothes on his back and food in his stomach are all declared corporate property and expenses. So I think what Trump did was basically swap corporate debts and losses to himself so he could declare negative personal income. I doubt he's even a millionaire on the books, much less a multibillionaire.
