Tesla fired the racist guy that was a contractor from another company and so was the black guy that was suing Tesla it's all going to go to trial and Tesla's going to probably have to pay a little bit of money even though they didn't even know about the racism stuff because they were going through their original company with the allegations in Tesla didn't even know about it until after they were being sued so my eyes the original contract company should be sued and not Tesla and I'm sure judge is going to see it that way all the evidence is out there
Yeah the first racism allegations toward Tesla was a black contractor working with another contractor from another company and that Tesla didn't get informed of the discrimination till the lawsuit of $136 million dollars that was awarded. Tesla is going to take it to trial as far as I can tell from what I hear from workers is that the other four allegations are people that are seeing dollar signs.
