Everyone knows if trump was still president Ukraine would already have the most beautiful and powerful no fly zone all with just the stroke of a sharpie.
Why doesn't the EU quickly make a special catagorie for Ukraine while they take into consideration Ukraine being part of EU. The special catagorie could be for democratic countries in emergency situation. It doesn't have to promise membership but instead temporary membership status. This way EU can help defend Ukraine people for humane reasons.
Better still some special trained team goes in and eliminates Putin and top generals while other teams disable or take over nuke bases.
