What you have to do is wait till the squatter is not at your home. Get a friend to go break into the home. Give them a lease and then have them make sure the “squatter” doesn’t try to break into your home again. Your friend will have more rights in your home than you will!!
Once your friend has a lease it is then their home, and if the “squatter” tries to break in they can be arrested. But for you to attempt to call the police and throw out a squatter, the police won’t do anything. You have to take it to court.
Why do U have to deal with it? Because U are losing your country.

Modify squatter's rights. I was living with my mother and her boyfriend, mom died, and boyfriend tried to throw me out the day after her burial. The only thing that kept him from doing so was squatter's rights. Someone who is already living in a household should not be evicted just because someone is being a piece of trash to another human being, but on the other hand no one deserves to lose their property because some illegal immigrant thinks it's okay to just take. HUGE difference!

There's several instances of police arresting the owner for calling the cops on squatters. There was a dude last year in Georgia who was chased off his property at gun point and the cops arrested him. He's also been cited for lack of upkeep even though he can't access his own property due to armed squatters. A couple overdoses also have occurred yet police do nothing..
