This ruling is based on a lie. Some Asians students who sided with the Republicans and White Supremacy were complaining unqualified Black students were taking their slots when in fact the graduation rate between Asian and Black students is just one percentage point different and the Asian are over represented based on there numbers in the country as a whole. And guess what folks unqualified people don’t graduate. This country is becoming a big racist joke and I guess that is why we feel the need for things like affirmative action. That is just pitiful and the Asians should be ashamed of themselves getting mixed up in this lie.
How is merit discriminatory? Stop this AA BS – I am black if that means anything.

Affirmative Action was not created for minorities in the beginning. It was Freedmans only, but was hijacked by this bs minority garbage. Im so glad the Asians and Hispanics have showed the world their anti-blackness. Now blacks need to stop supporting their establishment in our communities. Time for blacks to stop pulling the load for others and focus on our own selves.
Harvard show them that it does not benefit Asians. accept more diverse student body and less Asians for the next admission. Let them realize how it really impact them.
Diversity is NOT a virtue. Who lied to Democrats and told them it was? Besides they don't really believe that, look how they're treating RFK. He has some diverse thoughts on being President but they won't even let him debate crooked Joe.
You dont fight discrimination with more discrimination. You aren't giving them access You are giving them a noose. Asian Americans and whites have been getting discriminated against for decades. That's the real story. Where are the Asians that couldn't get in because Harvard was racist? Interview them. Merit is the only way forward.
Merit and competence is what they should be judging…(this might be a little bit extreme but) even if that means that 90% of students would end up being Asian, I personally think that is the right thing to do. If you study harder and get better grades you should be able to get in, rather than being judged differently and artificially hindered because your race would be "overrepresented". People are individuals, you do not represent anyone else
If you are a bright and diligent student, your results will be enough to get into that university.
Plus affirmative action is completely flawed since it often ends up benefitting people from minority groups which are already quite affluent and hindering people from other races (many of which do not even come from "privileged" families)…you cannot fight racism with racist policies

Please do not be fooled. You can't depend on white institutions and spaces to do the right thing. It has to be legislated . In fact, I am sure there might be well meaning people within them that might try but trust me they will be in the minority. And will not be willing to give up their comfort just to fight for black students or other minority students because they will be ostracised subtly and no so subtly within those spaces. Black people will need to fight this themselves. One way would be to ensure that this supreme court cannot be a lifetime appointment ever again. Get the meetings going , the petitions, get to Washington ect.. Continue that process until it is done.

Every time I make a comment about the truth they don't like my comments but on the other hand we posed to have freedom of speech and that's a violation of the Constitution when is America going to start holding people accountable for violating the Constitution The First Amendment states, in relevant part, that: “Congress shall make no law… abridging freedom of speech.”
If you want to end racism you have to end racism.
Then they should work harder to get in the schools and not rely on a diversity quota to get into a school. They're acting like these people can't still get into elite schools like Harvard. Affirmative action denied students more qualified because they weren't a minority.

I am an AA recipient. Should I feel bad that I got into a reputable university with a 2.7 GPA with the influence of a foundation who provided me a full scholarship to finish my degree? I feel bad for those who are deprived of these opportunities.

Delighted that affirmative action is over. Maybe Harvard will be Harvard once again. It certainly is not what it was at the moment. People just want that brand name. With as little work as possible.
This will strengthen the HBCU’s, ebony league schools are amazing. Never trusted ivory league representing diversity honestly. Bring on segregation. I wish they would consider everyone’s grades and test scores this should rid all legacy trust fund students, and the ‘ivy’ schools would be mostly international, Minority being white.
