A Los Angeles judge has ruled that the rape and sexual assault convictions against Harvey Weinstein will not be retried, dismissing the additional charges that a jury failed to reach an agreement on. NBC’s Dana Griffin reports.

There is absolutely nothing about you that is physically or morally "attractive." There is nothing you have to contribute to our society that we want or need.
Weinstein tried to use that walker to gain sympathy and to present himself as no longer being a threat to others. He most certainly didn't need it. What he did to his victims using his position and power is inexcusable. He was, is and will always be a dangerous predator.
