Hawaii ‘never anticipated’ hurricane winds to fuel deadly wildfire, Lt. Gov. Luke says



Thousands are without power as wildfires burn out of control in Hawaii. Tourists and residents are evacuating and about 2,000 travelers are stranded at Maui’s airport. The state “never anticipated” hurricane winds that could fuel this type of wildfire, Lt. Gov. Sylvia Luke said.

  12. when Iniki hit the official death toll was much lower then the numbers of dead the nurses i met who were at ground zero when it hit , they counted hundreds dead when they were called to duty as nurses on their vacation , you know the official count is a lie just like here in California they don't want to alarm the public or tourists .
