Heavy snow blanketed parts of the Northeast, and snowy roads led to dangerous driving conditions and power outages in some areas. In Massachusetts, parts of the state are nearing a foot and a half of snow. NBC News’ Kathy Park has the story.

I feel like when it comes to winter and or any other season, it feels off. this winter over here is weird. We didn’t even get any snow in December. Barley. usually when it comes to January, we get a snow storm, didn’t really happen since.
