Means absolutely nothing. It’s the weight – not the volume of the bag as puffed up by air that counts. Frito corn chips/Cheetos are denser, thus “fewer” per bag. The air serves as a cushion during transport – and of course essentially weighs nothing. Proof that the right wing media is as stupid as the left.
