This was the government creating terrorism. Just like all the other shootings. They are out to change your constitution, and take your guns. They will create and perform terrorists acts to do it. Unlike other developed countries, firearms in the US are highly accessible to poor, short-tempered and violent people. The only methods to stop all forms of homemade firearm making are federal internet surveillance and routine inspections on the roads, but most people don't want to limit their "freedom" and "equality"
