Saudi Arabia has a lot of capabilities to use carrots and sticks against America, but the one affected by this is the American-Saudi alliance, which had a role in the strength of the two countries.
It is foolish for any diplomatic leader to practice political blackmail or threaten sanctions against a strong ally or a powerful economic partner because the inevitable result is to move far away from each other because the trust between the two partners has been destroyed
Thus, the two countries will be affected and the enemies will rejoice, Russia and China will be happy that Saudi Arabia is with them because this will have its impact on the Arab and Islamic nation as a whole and thus weaken America’s positions politically, economically and militarily
I think America needs smart presidents. Of course, Obama, Biden, Hillary Clinton and Trump are not among them.
If I were president, I would make these decisions:
1. Supporting Saudi Vision 2030 to achieve great returns for the American economy from projects that can create great opportunities for American companies ، Instead of these investment opportunities going to Russia, China, India, Korea, etc.
Because of some restrictions and requirements requested by the Saudi government, which were not accepted by American companies
2. Signing long-term contracts to buy Saudi oil from America and its allies to ensure that the dollar is linked to oil, because most buyers of Saudi oil are enemies of America, and therefore the sale of oil can be exchanged for Chinese and Indian currency, etc.
3. Cooperation and partnership with the Saudi Investment Fund and the Gulf states in entering into large projects in America to strengthen the American economy and employ American workers ، Instead of letting these powerful investment funds go to India, Russia, China etc.
4. The work of joint programs to employ Americans in the Arab Gulf states and Saudi Arabia in particular to double the chances of hiring unemployed Americans and improve the American economy through bank transfers inside America
There are tens of thousands of American families in the Arab Gulf countries
5. Weakening Iran’s influence in the Arab countries to maintain America’s economic power because of the strong partnerships with Saudi Arabia and the Arab Gulf states
