  1. They don’t deserve a raise when you look at the garbage the writers have been putting out.

  2. We don't care as much as you think about this. 🙄😂

  3. Writers: Increase my PAY!
    Studios: Okay no problem.
Studios: Don't give them any job.since they are expensive and inability.

  4. I have NEVER bitched about low pay, much less strike. If I needed more money I just got another job. It worked every time and there were no gaps in my income.

  5. That is fine. I am on strike, too, against giving Hollywood my money.

  6. I want the entire public to go on strike against movie watching until studios take creepy political agendas out of every last single movie snd tv show. Everyone I know has stopped watching Amazon prime and Netflix bc of this constant manipulation. Movies and TV shows are so empty and so gross anymore

  7. The actors skills are what make a good movie or Tv show. They definitely deserve to make way more than they do.

  8. Now we have to get the AFTRA/ SAG back to work!!

  9. Fucking Drew Barrymore gave up too easy, she must be tearing her hair out now

  10. No one care’s really why do they keep showing this it’s just more California stupidity

  11. Yay !!! 😊🎉❤

  12. AI can, contrary to the thumbnail, draw hands.

It can also write better stories.

And doesn't complain the box office bombs it writes doesn't pay as much as it wanted

  13. Good for labor!
The studios knew that it would only get worse because the strength and resolve of the strikers only intensified.
    Did the studios lose?
You’d have to think like a studio to answer that question.
If studios made 88% of the lion share last time, but make 87% this time, they consider that a loss.
Some head is gonna roll for that.
Decline in revenue because of a changing viewership models is one thing.
Decline because of a bunch of writers and actors asking for more makes the nostrils open. They hate this!
“What? Are we only making 86%?
    WTF!”

  14. Tv has sucked for many years! They are all over paid!!!

  15. Aww dam, back to shitty shows

  16. AI has the potential to kill the whole movie industry. No actors directors, lighting, wardrobe, construction nothing. AI make me nine hours of hobbits wandering around….

  17. A mixture of things will happen now .

    1) less shows will be made in the USA because of increased costs.
    2) streaming services will look to invest more in overseas productions and less in American ones
    3) More underperforming shows will be removed from streaming services.
    4) There might be less quality shows because its harder to maintain the quality if there are more writers than necessary involved in a show.
    5) Streaming services will seek to increase subscription fees and some may even seek to drop the monthly model and instead opt for a mandatory annual fee.
    6) Price increases , less content and poorer quality products will result in more people pirate content. This will result in less residuals for writers if that happens.

The future for writers will be there will better paid work but less of it.

  18. Keeping striking! I want all sides to suffer.

  19. Now that late night shows will start up again this strike should give them hours of countless material to talk about. But just watch…..being the liberals that they are they will still bring up old news like trump.
