No reason to own a house our time. Unsecured investment.
Keep ignoring greed. Greed kills capitalism.
The way politicians raise real estate taxes it is harder to own an home or pay rent. My taxes in the last two yrs here in Mn have risen 35 and 41%
That’s the plan. Where is the investigation of Blackrock snapping up homes all over? What do you think the massive CA wildfires achieved? It caused insurance to be cost prohibitive if attainable at all. How can you get a mortgage if you can’t insure it?? Properties in cities such as Oakland are unsafe and lifelong residents flee if they are able, against their wishes but to avoid brutality and mayhem. Million dollar condos and homes in SF are locked in by homeless, unsafe and the owners are trapped unable to sell. Major cities are being purged of all businesses and anyone with means to leave. Economic crisis, interest rates are leading into a real estate crash. CA is for sale obviously and Newsom has managed the purge of our once thriving San Francisco from businesses to arts to vibrant historic retailers. It’s sickening and then to host an open house to A genocidal brutal dictator and top polluter to advance climate change agenda is beyond comprehension.
Repeal Trump's $8.3 trillion dollar tax cuts to the rich and Bush's $3 trillion dollar tax cuts to the rich; which the Democrats will use to provide affordable housing for the 41% of Americans that make less than $15 an hour with no benefits, due to failed

policies whose only purpose is cruelty; and a $900 a month minimum income. And there is no homelessness or crime. Rents and inflation drop 50% across the entire nation. So there is no need for guns or

"Republican sanity."??? Is an oxymoron; so sayeth the $9.3 trillion dollar Bush and Trump tax thefts to the rich and $6 trillion dollars it has wasted supporting the Yids and illegal international terror!st WAR-CRIMES-WARS in: Syria, Iraq, Iran, Somalia, and Afghanistan. There is only Democratic sanity that accepts: the science of AGW, the results of honest and fair elections, know that the word abortion is not in the KKKible, know that vaccines are safe and effective and that N95 masks have the density to prevent the inhalation of viruses. There are not two sides to facts reality truth science or every complaint it may have about electric cars. It best solve all these problems or face certain extinction by the year 2060; and a diet of Soylent Green made from global-warming-refugees [GWR] by the year 2048.
What are the RepubliKlan's plans to combat the destruction of housing due to its AGW greenhouse g@s emissions causing the global-warming-refugees at the border? And to provide affordable housing for the 41% of Americans that make less than $15 an hour due its N@zi,

policies whose only purpose is cruelty to black and brown people, trickle-down voodoo-economics? That takes $9.3 trillion dollar tax breaks from the poor given to the rich; with the Bush and Trump tax thefts?
🔥Super cool vid and TY for breaking it down. I'm favoured, $15,000 weekly trade earnings even in this current economic downturn. So excited
Those made homeless due to AGW-caused: fires, floods, hurricanes, tornadoes, and drought are provided with free childcare in the Homeless Shelter Village's [HSV] Community Room and one free meal a day. Paid for by the rent the tenants pay for their Shelter 400; a $12,000 400 square foot four bed family-sized shelter for those made homeless in Maui. In order to survive past the year 2060 when the oceans are too acidic and hot to support life due to CO2 saturation. The Bush and Trump $9.3 trillion dollar tax thefts from the poor given to the rich and monopoly-consolidated price-gouging corporations that cause inflation; are repealed then used by Democrats to provide affordable housing. For the 41% of Americans that make less than $15 an hour in Homeless Shelter Villages [HSV]; using Pallet Shelters existing components. Factories built within the HSV use the residents of the HSV as its workforce to produce electric-car conversion-kits and fully-automated, artificially-intelligent [AI] Soylent Green factories.
"The bottom line is: The American Rescue Plan meets the moment."
President Joseph R. Biden
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The American Rescue Plan
On March 11, 2021 legally-elected President Joseph R. Biden signed The American Rescue Plan into law. This historic legislation was designed to enable all Americans to respond to and recover from the impacts of COVID-19. Under the American Rescue Plan EDA was allocated $3 billion in supplemental funding to meet the urgent needs of American communities. With deep gratitude to its partners, industry, and communities across the country, EDA is proud to share that across 780 grants awarded through six innovative grant programs, as of September 27, 2022, EDA invested its $3 billion in transformational American Rescue Plan projects. EDA’s American Rescue Plan grant programs include:
Build Back Better Regional Challenge: $1 billion awarded to 21 regional coalitions (5-8 component awards per coalition), each of which received between $25 million and $65 million to transform their regional economy by growing an industry sector. EDA also gave awards to 60 phase 1 finalists to support the development of their ambitious projects.
Good Jobs Challenge: $500 million awarded to 32 industry-led workforce training partnerships to invest in innovative approaches to workforce development that will secure job opportunities for more than 50,000 Americans.
Economic Adjustment Assistance Program: $500 million awarded to 256 diverse projects —including but not limited to enabling infrastructure, workforce development, business facilities and planning grants — to address the economic development needs of communities today while preparing them for the future by in investing in enabling infrastructure, workforce development, business facilities, and planning grants. Indigenous Communities Program: $100 million awarded to 51 grantees to support economic development projects in Indigenous communities for similar types of projects as described under Economic Adjustment Assistance. Across all six American Rescue Plan programs, inclusive of the Indigenous Communities program, EDA awarded a total of 127 grants totaling $448 million.
Travel, Tourism & Outdoor Recreation Program: $750 million awarded to 185 grantees to help support regions hard hit by declines to these industries through projects to build new tourist attractions (museums, event venues, hiking trails, campgrounds, etc.), develop tourism-related economic plans, and support workforce training in the tourism sector.
Statewide Planning, Research & Networks: $1 million planning grants to each of the 59 U.S. states and territories and $31 million to 15 research and networks (also known as Communities of Practice) grantees.
Additionally, when the American Rescue Plan programs were launched in 2021, EDA committed $300 million to American coal communities through its Coal Communities Commitment. Ultimately, EDA exceeded the commitment and awarded $551 million to coal communities.
