  1. I’m a single 30 year old man with no kids I live in an apartment (Alabama) and my monthly rent is 840. I’m comfortable because I don’t live beyond my means. I don’t consider my rent ridiculously high compared to others. I can still pay rent and enjoy myself. Stop listening to people when they suggest you should buy a house because that’s going to create more debt..if you’re not ready then don’t buy. I love my apartment living not buying a house just because everyone else is🤷🏾‍♂️

  2. Rip to idiots who bought in 2022

  3. My rent increased to 1600 from 1030 in just 2 years. I've been looking to buy a condo around the same size as my apartment (a modest 2 bedroom and older building) and my realtor is quoting me 2100 a month. Now I'm seeing rent going back down. I just cant afford to buy anything so I'm probably going to keep renting. My apartments are now being rented for around 1300 a month because most people cant afford 1600 and they are having to get roommates. I think the corporate greed got out of control and now things are finally settling. Housing will go down too.

  4. Bullshit housing prices are not falling it’s just winter also they are trying to crash the market to hurt regular folks while the rich stay rich.

  5. So much more freedom living in my nice van ☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️☺️ 🇺🇸

  6. They can keep on falling. Ain’t no way boarded up homes should go for 300k to 400k in Washington. System done lost its mind.

  7. Just wait for those foreclosure starts settling in This year. You're gonna see the market tank like never before.

  8. Bubble is about to bust all those people who brought inflated homes are about to suffer.

  9. Homes in the west are wayyyy to friggin expensive. By the time you finish paying your home, you only have it long enough for hospice to arrive and your family to watch you Cross over. It's nuts.

  10. Finally🎉! I literally seen a shed listed for 999,999 😮 it was like damn I get seen your home for the same as your blocks equity but you know nothing about your house is worth that and it’s a huge work in progress 🏡. So I’m ready for these “home owners” to get humbled because they don’t deserve trynna rob people already owning a home

  11. We need this is Ontario Canada ASAP

  12. I hate seeing stupid stuff like "average cost of home 350,000$" when I live in a nowhere city and there's trailer homes going for that much. And the work wage isn't much higher than other places

  13. Looks like the landlords are gonna have to get a job like the rest of us

  14. Anyone who has bought a home in the past 6-12 months, or anyone that buys one now is going to lose a TON of money.

  15. Blame all the hedge funds buying billions of $ worth of rental properties

  16. I live in Southwest Florida, and prices are coming down hard. My neighbor just tried to sell their home, the list was for $219,000, the best offer they got was for $164,000. They pulled their home off the market, I can see it in their face, they know that they miss their moment to sell.

  17. Instead of people being upside down and car loans people are now upside down and home loans

  18. All this thanks to BIDENFLATION!!

  19. We have almost 4 million people cross our borders last year, these people need housing, this is driving up costs people, it’s not rocket science.

  20. If people would stick together a lot of stuff would come down but since they know that you’ll buy it regardless they do whatever they want

  21. Utilities up 60%, property tax up 7%, insurance up 10%. Egg prices went from $1 to $5 per dozen, meat, dairies, veggies up 20% to 50%. Home buyers must incorporate these hikes into their affordability analysis.

  22. Y'all voted for Biden!! He done it and y'all done it too !!

  23. If there are less houses available, shouldn’t prices increase since less supply means more demand?

  24. The idiocy I see in this comment section is unreal, no wonder this country is fucked we are full of uneducated simpletons that expect the world to cater to them.

  25. Price dropping 3-5k on a 300-500k house 😂😂😂 thats nothin

  26. i love high i terest rates. want it to go to 10 percent. im making so much money right now

  27. Gunna talk about the Private investments groups buying up neighborhoods at a time, to SKY ROCKET the Rent, pricing me and up comming people out of the market. We cant make rent, hydro, food, private insurance, medicine, fule…. And by the way my kid needs to eat too.
You rich shitheads! if yous EVER had to deal with a fraction of what regular people dom youde need a fukin safe space!

  28. LOW PRICES 🤣🤣🤣 HIGH INTEREST RATES NO THANK YOU

  29. The female news person is hot.

  30. It happens to still be increasing in my city and new suburbs are being built daily. Everyone from the west is moving here. Even if the housing prices drop significantly the interest rates will skyrocket.

  31. Not so much the prices of houses. It's the interest rate that will kill you!

  32. But home prices usually decline for 3-4 months in a row every single year during the winter, its called seasonality. Now I know most places are falling a bit more than normal, but this isn't completely abnormal.

  33. Of the over 200 homes on the market in my area, a grand total of 9 have sold.

    This is crazy

  34. I dont feel sorry for anyone with buyers remorse, ain't nobodies fault you overpaid for a house

  35. prices are still high lol

  36. Anyone interested in BUYING A CRACK HOUSE FOR 1.6 MILLION DOLLARS? Vancouver Canada is selling these lovely family.

  37. i want to build lots of commie blocks with extremely cheap rents or prices to completely devalue everyone else's properties

  38. Inflation and raising interest rates has a place in our economy. Politicians only complain about
corporeate taxes for rich people but nobody says anything about property taxes. If you don't plain on moving from your home
housing prices going up means you taxes go up.

  39. WERE ALMOST THERE JUST A LITTLE LONGER HANG IN THERE VEGETA!!!!!!!

  40. House 365k reduced 10k only, thats nothing

  41. It’s crazy how before I became an MLO last year I was telling everyone this current market is not sustainable .

  42. Anyone else paying 2K for a 1 bedroom in Florida APT smfh.

  43. Well, if this isn’t the opposite of supply and demand 🙃

  44. It’s so annoying when sellers are trying to sell their property for 3x or more the market value listed, especially here in Queens and Brooklyn NY
