The long established, court definition of Fair Market Value clearly states the value is between a willing seller/buyer and no coercion is involved. James is using a county assessor to value trumps property. Nobody would use property tax valuation on a bank loan. Property tax valuations is an apples to oranges valuation method and would never be considered by any bank. Additionally, the bank has the responsibility of finding valuation of anything used as collateral in a loan package.
Mar a lago is on the national historical registry. It has beaches on two sides of the property. There is a house much smaller than mar a lago for sale for $78 million.
The prosecutor is so far beyond reason it’s absolutely an embarrassment.

Hot legal debate! His own attorneys chose not to have a jury because they know full well New Yorkers hate Trump and always have. Summary judgements have always existed and save the American people a lot of money when the case has overwhelming evidence. These people know both these things. They know MAGATS are too stupid so they do these segments anyway.

First, Trump's legal team was supposed to be the one to initially file for a trial by jury, which they didn't do (incompetence). This case at the state level was built using New York State Executive Law 63, Section 12, and the state AG without a doubt proved the charges with supporting documentation and strong evidence. This EL 63 does not mention anything about "consumer fraud" or in any way that third parties need to be involved (victims). This charge is against the Trump Organization and its co-defendants. The so-called "due process violations" did not occur since the initial filing paperwork will show that "trial by jury block" wasn't marked at all. The intent was established when the prices and square footage of properties were falsely submitted multiple times, up to almost 40 percent inflated from the actual property price (appraised, not market value). The defense team failed miserably to show supporting documentation to the judge in order to drop the charges (this is what is supposed to happen in a trial by judge). All this argument is great for the "base" and the feeding frenzy of raising funds for bogus agendas, but in court or the appeals court, it is not going to hold.
This statue is being use to legally rob Trump of his assets without recourse or legal protections, its theft on a grand scale. It's akin to the British monarchy in the medieval period.

The problem is, Trump would overstate the values to get better intrest rates on loans and then under value to the IRS. The American people have assumed the damages. Trump has been paying property tax on a $18M home, so he is dodging real-estate tax on $1,482,000,000.00, seems like that is a whole lot of tax fraud.
