After years of court battles, the House Ways and Means Committee now has former President Donald Trump’s tax returns. This comes shortly after the Supreme Court denied Trump’s attempt to block the release of his taxes.

If I was a US Senator or Rep. I would get of copy of these tax records and release them online to the public and then force Trump to sue me to have a public trial. No jury would "convict" or award damages to Trump because he has been promising since 2015 to release his tax records so what "harm" and "damages" could he prove
In relation to congress receiving trump's tax returns, why is there no legal remedy for extending the statuate of limmitation because of the frivolous law suits and legal stalling? Why is trump not charged the entirety of the court and legal costs since he has lost just about every case that went before a judge? Why is the taxpayer liable for the costs associated with trump's crimes and criminal enterprises?

So Trump's 'fixed' court releases his tax returns with little time for the House to actually examine them. They technically granted the request but stalled enough to make it extremely difficult for anyone to do any in-depth analysis of them. Unless the House puts them in the public domain, where Donald professed he was going to put them in his promises to the electorate. To me it sounds like the court was obstructing justice.
