I get it, there is pork in the bill, but Republicans did get what they wanted in the defense spending, without holding the federal government hostage as Obama 2013 (16 days $24B out of the economy) and Trump 2019 (34 days, $86M per day cost to taxpayers). You always hear how feds get their money when they go back, and that is tax money paid for work not done too (only essential workers actually work, the rest just get paid later), but if you are a contractor, unless it was written in the contract, you don't work, you don't get paid, which happened to me both times. So I'm glad they didn't let McCarthy hold the government workers hostage. Workers get paid for work done.

A beneficial economic Bill for the country is to award all citizens, native American Indians, perminant residents, and foreigners here in the U.S. on work visa's $250,000 in a lump sum after 90 months of full time work, part time and volunteer work included in the sum total. This is granted, not a loan. The printing and issuance of money is validated by labor, production, goods or services for people. Now the citizen can start a business if they want to, thereby serving and also producing tax revenue for Uncle Sam. Also in the Bill a limitation on total taxation of the citizen to 10% excluding social security and unemployment. No more than 4% federal income tax on taxable. income. LLC and corporate tax eliminated. No more than 3% state sales tax and/or state income tax. No more than 3% local taxes city/town/county combined. Homeowner property tax and the land that it's on eliminated.
