Does anyone actually know how these foreign aid packages work?
They give the money to the US defense companies (Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, Boeing, General Dynamics, Raytheon, etc). They build the USA new weapons. The US gives the old junk that needs to be thrown away as "aid".
It creates US jobs, boosts the economy, and keeps use from having to pay for decommission of weapons….. and special bonus… it weakens or enemies.
