Why? You insist on holding elections on a work day. You limit the number of polling stations. You therefore constrain the ability of people to exercise their constitutional right to vote (which of course is the intent). Mail in ballots are actually used as much if not more by Republicans and it’s standard practice in other jurisdictions. The evidence of fraud is so minor as to be risible.
