  1. The corporate lobbyists saying that it’s unlawful should raise their employees wages and not work them half to death if they “want to retain workers”.

  2. Non compete clauses are more ways for those greedy corporate and rich people to blackmail and enslave hard working American workers.

  3. Banning "non-compete clauses" sounds like a good idea to me.

  4. Tell me America still inslaves it’s people with out telling me

  5. It’s time for workers to rise up and take back this fake democracy from the rich.

It’s time for a government not full of corruption.

  6. I love the grounded reality of this channel!! Despite the recession, I’m so happy withdrawing my $78k profits out of my investment with a platform in town

  7. CEOs bounce arounf all the time, no issues, but the lower tiered workers are the threat to share trade secrets?

  8. The govt will fook this up like it fooks everything else it touches up.

  9. This nonmpete needs to be gotten rid of ! ! ! 😎😎🦅🦅🦅🦅 . . . .

  10. It would help alot of people ! ! 🤔🤔😎😎 . . .

  11. This is a Great idea / proposal ! !

  12. Yeah, that's why they're called contracts. The workers are CONTRACTED. When they breach their contract, they have to pay.

  13. I feel like the US Chamber of Commerce is behind all the shady business practices, they also support MLMS.

  14. I can definitely see problems on both sides. Imagine you start making a product and make a business to sell it. And you train your employees on secrets that puts your product over others on market. Now your employees can blackmail you by saying they will get a job at a competing company and sell your secrets unless you do/ pay this amount..

At the same time if its not a secret you can’t hold your employees accountable for getting a job at a competitor…

So there needs to a rule on whats a company secret and whats not.

  15. Capitalism greed do dirty and then want employees back? 😂🤣😅

  16. That should be illegal people should be able to work where they want

  17. Noncompete's are not only not capitalism, but unconstitutional as well.
