🤨 I'd like to know how the Orange / Osceola County FL tax collectors have managed getting around the Save Our Homes (SOH) 3% cap and the non-homestead 10% cap's .. this will only invite another law suit as this is a state Constitutional tax Caps which means home owners that have the brains can seek out a law firm and sue both the Property appraiser's / Tax collectors and County Government's over it.. the total tax bill increase can not exceed 3 % and non homesteads 10 % 😐 said a 20 to 25 % prop tax increase a home owner could start a class action injunctive & monetary relief in a law suit against them

DeSantis forces everybody to discriminate and donate to the Republican party (specifically him).
Disney should shut down, demo and sell the land off..
So they want to push out "California Values". They'll get an "Alabama economy" in return.
In reality, Disney makes a lot more through its media company than its' parks which are more costly to run.
It's just a lot easier and simpler to make a movie or animated film than run a theme park. And more profitable. You can reach more customers and household literally around the world by media than being a theme park. They won't leave Florida in the long term. On the short term, this is just another and potentially costly political stunt and Desantis will be gone and politics will change.
TIME FOR DISNEY to pack up and find another home.
Colorado offered to host a new Disney World without all the bull****. I, personally think they should just pull up stakes and let Florida flounder without one of their biggest employers
