I don't really understand….. If all they are demanding is that more humanitarian aid is allowed into Gaza and that should be done anyway, what's the issue here? They obviously shouldn't be attacking these ships but Israel should also be allowing aid into Gaza anyway.

Regardless whether Houthis are accurate or not in targeting Israeli ships only, before any forceful procedure, they make several warnings, so, any ship, even if it's Israeli, may attempt to cross the red sea, and if they recieve warnings, they should change the course, otherwise they can pass safely. So, regardless whether Houthis are accurate or not, 99% would pass safely.
The disrubtion is contrived by Israel and the US; they are making a global crises delipratly to put the the Houthis in the opressor posture, and punish them for their attempts to pressure Israel to stop the salughter in Gaza.
Additionally, all the formerly targeted ships were delipratly ignoring Houthis warnings for the same plot and propaganda.
Houthis already won the war with the US-Saudis a few years ago. US is asking European navys for help around Yemen, and they still cannot control the area. The $19.8 billion we sent to Israel in 2023 is coming from US taxpayer's money. The same money Israel will divert into US politicians pockets. It's no coincidence our presents only earn $1.4 million during their term, but leave the office billionaires, and our congressmen are multi millionaire and billionaires, but only earn an $174k per year.
