Well you see, while on Leave and taking trips to tokyo, I decided to binge and drink a lot. I ate everything in sight and went to the gym rarely. I gained quite a bit of excess weight. Most of it was water retention due to the high sodium foods. I came back at 195-200lbs and managed to drop down to 175-180lbs depending on the time of the day. It’s best you weigh yourself in the morning before you eat. I did this by reducing my calories and eating less and implementing cardio and weight training. It’s simple beasts.
