the thing about shrooms or even LSD is that although it can help you break from (any) depression as well as addiction…. it's heavily depending on your current mind state considering Shrooms and LSD are sensory and perception inducers-and i have to judge based on working with shrooms as well as THC,etc with many other all natural medicinal herbs.
i would never recommend to listen to information from people that aren't healthy or knowledgeable about this psychedelic based on the sensitivity of the drug.
I've looked at shrooms and LSD users that are not healthy….yet i don't see many that are and that's judgment is based off the lifestyle,mindset with assets all together of that individual.
yet whenever you are looking for advanced people that live according for dosages,types and qualities…you now found a plug.
you want to work with psychedelics when comfortable and not ever worried about the issues of anxiety when wanting to experiment.
i think that anyone wanting to even experiment actually to think about it prior to taking due to shrooms lasting usually a minimum of 4 hrs.
