Five former Memphis police officers are facing second-degree murder charges in the death of Tyre Nichols, who was beaten during a traffic stop and died three days later. The democRat/J media propaganda to divide us will not fool many people. It’s very clear from the footage that he was resisting/fighting the officers, that he wasn’t complying, and that he fled from the stop for reckless driving. Tasing and pepper spray didn’t work(most likely bc he was on drugs) so the officers used “pain compliance” to get the handcuffs on and once they did, they didn’t touch him again. I see no problem with what they did.

I know 5 officers have been charged but there should of been more. How many other officers just stood there? No-one tried to administer aid. The 1st responders also done nothing. They may not have intended for him to die,but he did, but those officers did intend to brutally do bodily harm to him. And the end result was death. So those officers need to man up for breaking the law. Unfortunately they are going to pay the price, because they are black. If they were white, there would be an investigation on going, and they would not be charged with 2nd degree murder. Manslaughter voluntarily at most. Unfortunately for the black officers, their going to have to pay the price. No excuse for what they did….

I believe in fair trials and this hurts the case. They can appeal over this.
