It’s funny that people think that making the world leaders sign a promise to not launch nuclear missiles will stop nations from considering nuclear strike. It’s a fake promise. If they were really serious about not using nuclear missiles, they would have dismantled every nuclear missile to put some real weight behind their promises. Even if they did dismantle them, It would still not stop them from rebuilding new nuclear weapons during war.
