The prophecy foretold the Lord Jesus Christ will use the daughter of Zion to lead this world to the right path so that peace and joy will reign again on earth.
Jeremiah 31:22

First, He will distress the world of Gentiles with great catastrophes. He will send wildfires, floods, earthquakes, and rumors of wars. These things will damage crops and cause famine in the world. Politicians would not be able to help the public with their social and economic problems. They will protest from running in politics.
Isaiah 3:6-7
When a man takes hold of his brother in the house of his father, saying, “You have clothing; You be our ruler, and let these ruins be under your power,” in that day he will protest, saying, “I cannot cure your ills, for in my house is neither food nor clothing; Do not make me a ruler of the people.”
Then the children of Israel and the children of Zion will take over the earth and become rulers of the world. The earth will become prosperous and peaceful again. They will use the Law of Moses as a new governing Law. No more fighting, hate, envy, wars, famine, division, religion, sickness, or death. People will live in mansions. Food will become free because of its abundance in production.
Isaiah 65:18-23
For behold, I create new heavens and a new earth; And the former shall not be remembered or come to mind. But be glad and rejoice forever in what I create; For behold, I create Jerusalem as a rejoicing, and her people a joy. Lord Jesus Christ sent me, the daughter of Zion, to prepare His people for what will come upon them in this last day of the Gentile nations. They have to repent from disobeying the Law of Moses so that they can be a part of the restoration of the new earth and not among those who will die in the catastrophes for rebellion towards God's Law.
Daniel 2:44
And in the days of these kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom which shall never be destroyed; and the kingdom shall not be left to other people; it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand forever.
