Southwest is still my favorite airline. I have traveled often with them and have always been treated extremely well. They're still my first choice.
You seriously need to refund the price of your tickets to everyone that was left stranded in airports. It was CHRISTMAS & your airline should have put them up in hotels & paid for their meals while all those Americans were left stranded. Your business ethic is beyond poor.
