Fact check: Kohberger didn’t lose his job until after he was arrested. That letter you showed says not allowed on campus pending results of student conduct investigation no doubt happening due to police allegations and inquiries.
Considering the mountain of forensic and circumstantial evidence against him, the trial would be a slam dunk. If BK has a functioning brain cell left in his head, he should plead guilty on Monday and get life without parole. Otherwise, the state of Idaho will happily execute him for wasting their time/money after his trial next year.
