Investigators are working on establishing a timeline of events from the night of the crime. So far, publicly shared information has a four to five-hour gap for victims Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin. Officials have received about 500 tips and 22 FBI agents are now involved to assist in the investigation. There is still no suspect or murder weapon.

That Is For Sure
They are saying they have “no suspect”, which is probably true. But I know that they are looking at several individuals and camera footage/cell phone pings as well as laptop/desktop evidence. The police are not going to discuss any leads whatsoever. That would “tip off” the killer. This killer left a mountain of evidence, and it’s coming back to bite already.
Why aren't we seeing pictures of the two roommates that supposedly slept through the crime? Also, I noticed one of the students at grub truck jumping and hugging a guy …I'm sure they were questioned cause that was right before they headed back home…I guess we cant speculate yet…I'm sure the investigation is being treated super careful..

That’s a angle of the house I’ve never seen before. I’m wondering how far off the ground the back deck is from that corner location? Could someone climb onto it? The reason why I ask is because in other photos, videos, even the police drone video, there was a ladder leaning up against the house. I know it’s being assumed that the killer might have entered the kitchen sliding doors, or the front door, but what about that back deck that has access to the bedrooms?

Ok this is confusing but imma have to speculate. Why do I feel like that one of them in the house killed them 3 then themselves? Sound like the individual was using tactical gear or at least tactical training. To enter the house undetected and killed the four students, it’s very concerning because the individual knew not to use a gun and was very Precise on the objective.
