  1. Perhaps this storm will bring some humility.

  2. B.S just to get people in the HURRICANE WORLD 85 mph winds is like a child's toy in the American World! Stay home and protect your home and stuff my ANDATORY DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING IN LAW Mandate or must Only words ENFORCEABLE BY LAW.

  3. They get pounded. Every. Single. Year.

  4. The technology to destroy this kind disaster is hiding

  5. For those people who've never been through a hurricane, you don't use TAPE or FLEX TAPE on windows. You use plywood to cover the whole windows because hurricane winds may blow a 2×4 through your window. Any sort of tape will typically fail against even a small object flying at 74-100+ MPH.

  6. So what is the water temperature in the Gulf?
Will it be high tide at the peak of the storm surge?
When does the hurricane make landfall?

  7. I hope most of the places make it but I am glad people are leaving. We don’t need more deaths.
    Good luck to you all!

  8. This may be the begining of the end for florida as dry land. The insurance companies already led the evacuation.

  9. And there goes insurance for the state of FL, altogether. Good that people are actually taking this one seriously! 🙏

  10. Not unless I intervene. If I can make storms like Goni and Katrina then I can stop them too.

  11. Florida is unfit for human habitation. The entire peninsula should be cleared of humans, and declared a National Park extension of the Everglades. If not that, then every resident there should be required to sign a contract declaring that they and their state will be exempt from constant Federal (other Americans') tax revenue to fix the destruction that mother nature brings to Florida every year. Whomever doesn't sign, has to put up a $1 million bond, or get evicted from the state.

  12. whomever advised you to leave your doors open during a hurricane gave you very bad advice

  13. Stand back! There's a Hurricane coming through!

  14. It’s ironic that Ron the Red Herring is even acknowledging the threat to public safety. If he could, he’d say the meteorologists are making it up and that there will be no mandatory evacuations because of freedom and all that. He’ll find a way to parlay it into something just for him.

  15. All the folks who are in Maine right now who are from Florida, as it was with those from California last week, are fretting be because they werent prepared for contingencies should this happen while they are away

  16. As current pop culture inspired the generations history honored those achievements by individuals changing our lives for the better icons as can prevent a lawless society rising by nurturing our common senses in all fields to inspire the universe in knowledge any could be watching even eventually

  17. Are they also going to get $700 per family when their homes are destroyed while we send more money to Ukraine?

  18. take your EV out of there, hope it works out for you.

  19. There must be a rush on flex seal flood tape

  20. They need to start flex sealing their windows and doors

  21. The weather looks manipulated if you comapre the images today of the past

  22. I can already see politicians milking this storm after it passes.
I’m sure their assistants already had windbreaker jackets made.
Get your Vienna sausages people, gas, beer and pork cracklings too!
Tallahassee has your back and the storm will wipe the woke away.

  23. Sort of pointless to try and make the news seem more newsworthy by stating it's the first major hurricane to hit the Big Bend region of Florida in over 70 years. Sure Hurricane Michael also hit the big bend region but it was centered over the panhandle so I guess it was a "direct hit". So lame to try and make it seem this is rare.

  24. I can't be the only one that saw that thumbnail and thought… well… you know. 3:39

  25. The eye of hurricane 🌀 Michael went through Mexico Beach FL in 2018 its in the big Ben region of Florida. It hasn't been 70 years. Poor reporter's lack of facts in news.

  26. This is what happens when you vote for republicans! 🤷🏻‍♂️

  27. bring everything you’re mouth nothing about everything

  28. Did they forget about the hurricane Hurricane Michael it was a very powerful and destructive tropical cyclone that became the first Category 5 hurricane to make landfall in the contiguous United States since Andrew in 1992.

  29. Im confused! Hurricane Micheal was a Category 4 that hit that same area in 2018 so how is it that this would be the strongest hurricane to hit that area in over 70years. I'm generally confused.

  30. The media needs it's pint of blood
