Guess what division is short staffed ( by their own admission ) in my county. The pet license division? Or personal property tax division? Nope. It's the consumer fraud division. It takes 48 hours for a call back takes two weeks to review your report. Toke me almost a year to get a title from a misleading contract.. now they don't do landlord and tenant issues because of me. Why? Is it true that anytime you give money (objects are considered stock it's considered tender) to anyone your the consumer? Any one that exchange currency or physical objects for service, goods, promise,ECT. is the opposite of consumer?
