Over fifty years ago, a new legal standard for commitment rose from a Milwaukee lawsuit to become the law of the land. It has proved to be tragically inadequate. You know what America is in imminent danger of? Republican politicians and media who normalize insurrection and fascism.
Wow, Mental Illness is their Hypothetical Justification for Gender Affirmation yet to say Gender Dysphoria is a Mental Illness, is Hate Speech. That said, right or wrong, if it doesn't effect many Personally, the Empathy for claims of those suffering from Mental Health issues has been devalued.
