Eric Huxley, a former Indianapolis police sergeant, was sentenced to one year in prison for violating Jermaine Vaughn’s civil rights after police bodycam video showed Huxley stomping on Vaughn’s face while he was handcuffed during an arrest in 2021. WTHR’s Emily Longnecker reports.

His remorse was sincere? He's only remorseful he got caught.
Other officers should have been charged as well. Why was he even thrown to the ground to begin with; while being handcuffed?
If i stomped a cop in the head i would be on death row.

And why does the judge believe in his remorse? Because he's a good actor. Look at the Jan 6 defendant who expressed his remorse with tears before sentencing, then after sentencing shouts "Trump won!".
He made it to sergeant before it was discovered that he is a monster?
