Only in America can they spin bad news into good news. Also, what is used to calculate these numbers is some completely arbitrary set of metrics that doesn’t include a whole range of things that directly impact the citizenry.

I can't understand why people think the President controls inflation. Since the 1960s prices have "inflated" 800%, with an average of 4% per year. Inflation is a fact of life.

Food about the same, maybe $350. and I spend that much on dog, horse, goat, rabbit, chicken and koi feed. Gas? Last time I filled up my truck was the 5th of July.
