Ive lost over 30k in less than 1 year (401, annuity, stocks) and over 7k this week alone. As a blue collar worker w a good job, this is incredibly tough. Went food shopping today. All you could hear was the sound of the cart wheels and low volume "waiting room" music. Almost nobody was talking, most were in a zombie like trance. It was incredibly surreal and depressing.
