  1. I hope somebody is studying the zones of heavy flooding. The flooding has systematically started in the west and moved east throughout the summer. Millions of gallons of water from storms have fallen. Based on what we know seems like a Water pipe line running from Georgia east coast parallel to Interstate 10 all the way to San Diego might be a good idea to capture these millions of gallons of storm water and Redistribute that water to drought challenged areas in the west. I'd run a sister pipeline from Maryland coast parallel to Interstate 70 all the way California as well. The public works job opportunities would employ 10s of thousands of people and it would allow us to work WITH nature for once as a country and also solve water issues in this country without draining lakes and oceans. We don't have a water problem in this country we have a water management problem. Nature is still giving us water we just need to manage it.
