The moment the plane is at cruising altitude I always imagine both pilots get to sleep for long journeys Since the plane is flown in autopilot anyways . It prevents exhaustion. Now we have another disgruntled captain if he gets to fly again. #ChinaCrash

Wait I'm new to this, did he say the copilot was on a designated sleeping break while at the controls. I wasn't aware pilots regularly sleep while flying, I don't like flying and this is another good reason why.
