Prosecutors have considered three tax crimes and a charge related to a gun purchase against Hunter Biden, according to two sources familiar with the matter. An IRS special agent has asked Congress for whistleblower protection over a high-profile case, which a source familiar with the matter confirms is related to Biden. Biden’s lawyer said “it appears” the agent has “committed a crime” by sharing private tax information. NBC News’ Hallie Jackson reports.

Let's see. Joe Biden wrote the 93 crime bill that made a distinction between cocaine and crack making the possession and sales of the ladder an offense with a mandatory minimum of 25 years with no possibility of parole. Hunters laptop absolutely shows that he is in violation of that law and has been for many years yet he clearly isn't doing 25 years in prison. So is there preferential treatment? Nah none at all.
