Ido Dan learned that 2 of his 5 missing family members were taken hostage by Hamas.The only evidence he has is a video posted by Hamas kidnapping his youngest cousin, but has no additional information at this time.

I think it’s critical to remember that Palestinians in Gaza elected Hamas, continue to support them and celebrated their acts of last week. While this doesn’t mean they should be punished for it, Israel can’t very well be expected to compromise in any way it’s mission to eradicate Hamas by insisting on avoiding any civilian suffering whatsoever.

Again this would have helped normalize relations and promote prosperity for all. Hamas as well as the other Arab nations do not want peace, they want war and have very little regard or respect for the Palestinians or any human life. The Arabs are the ones who cage and hold hostage the Palestinians, even now, Egypt refuses to help, to open it's boarder, and Hamas set's up road blocks telling the Palestinians they can not leave the war zone. Israel offers 24 hour notice and is doing a ground search for Hamas at the risk of their solders rather then put civilians in harms way. If you really look at the situation, it does become clear.
