Israel’s president: 23-year-old Israeli hostage Shani Louk was beheaded by Hamas

Israel announced that 23-year-old Shani Louk, who attended the Supernova music festival, was killed by Hamas. She had been taken after Hamas murdered 250 young Israelis at the festival. NBC News’ Raf Sanchez reports more on the war.
