It's a big day for inflation: Stuart Varney

FOX Business host Stuart Varney argues inflation brings economic and political change during his ‘My Take.’

STUART VARNEY: So, we are in a new era. All kinds of things are changing. Like the cost of borrowing money for a home or car, going up. Like your standard of living, going down.ย

Like the Biden-Harris administration, surely on the way out.

Isn’t this an opportunity? Inflation brings economic and political change, so instead of tax and spend, we could change and go for growth and prosperity and energy independence.

  8. Stop spending past necessity, stay home more, plant a garden, turn off the lights, eat less, sleep more, walk everywhere, eventually close the bank account, ration food and medicines…lastly, after losing the house, get a cardboard sign and sit on a corner. You know, the bidenomics plan, coming to the citizens. Imo

  12. The problem is wages aren't keeping up.

  13. I don't like the idea of using up our oil reserve for a temporary drop in gasoline prices, what is Biden going to do if he uses up the strategic oil reserve and we get a big tropical storm that usually seems to happen every summer and shuts some oil refineries down, That oil is for real emergencies not to get a political party a bump in positive poll numbers

  14. Next up: the joys of powdered milk.

  15. Bottom-line is that inflation is actually above 10% whilst interest rates is sub 2%. Cash is still trash.

  16. Are Republicans just biding their time to do something? They are just as guilty for procrastination.

  17. the sad thing is that the idiots on Fox know better but chose to misinform their viewers for profit….

  18. Is anyone counting the crisis Biden is putting us in……..we'll he created this recession… 81 million voters like it. But let's blame it on Putin….

  19. There is no greater joy in life than watching EVERYONE suffer as a result of THEIR OWN DEVIANT ACTIONS. ZERO EMPATHY. ZERO EXCEPTIONS.

  20. If Dems do win the next election I will believe it's rigged

  21. Inflation- 17 sleepy Joey- 0 and it only half way of the second quarter of an economic game.

  24. Things change immediately I met ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿฟโ˜๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ‘†๐Ÿฟ Iโ€™m so happy I came across them

  25. Biden should do everything to control rising petrol prices, rising rents and groceries

  26. The last time I checked America was a free country. When I say something towards the president about HIS speech Iโ€™m wrong and gotta watch my comments but he gets bashed everyday on social media about his wrong doings and lies but when I say something itโ€™s a problem.

  27. Powell has no choice but to keep going. Cant trade our entire monetary system to ease the pain now. Indeed this is gonna hurt.

  30. Democratic Green New Deal Policies are to blame. 81 million voted for this. Enjoy your decision Biden supporters.
    Let's go Brandon FJB

  31. When the Fed stops printing money and starts to cut back spending the stock market will come down so the feds will let inflation rage on because they are the guardians of the ultra wealthy stock investors. Tell the Fed to let the market adjust and come down that's how US ordinary people will survive.

  32. Why are They Just Now Doing Something About it?? FJB ๐Ÿ–•๐Ÿ’ฏ

  33. I still remember the good old days … most days were good but some days we would get mean tweets that ruin our days.

  34. too early to say merry christmas america?… this is nothing now, wait till u see what it's like by then.

  35. All of this is 100% Democrats fault! Including Ukraine war!

  36. Every dollar the US government spends 50 cents of that dollar is monetized by the Federal reserve. Unless government cuts spending by 50% thereโ€™s no way out.

  37. Canโ€™t wait until this administration is kicked to the curb. Bidenโ€™s best strategy is to throw tantrums in front of oil companies.
