It's already tragic!!! NO SIRENS WENT OFF, the police BLOCKED residents from being able to escape and the water was CUT OFF to the fire fighters.
Heads need to roll!!!!!
They are intentionally keeping the death count low and not reporting the real numbers. Locals have stated the morgue is full (it can hold hundreds) and they have a temporary morgue set up at the police station. Also, the morticians have run OUT of body bags.
