I love being single and what she said was true, it would take an exceptional person to convince me that being with him would make my otherwise happy life even happier. Old people love talking to me and sharing their stories. I found that 50% married for love and 50% married just because, but 100% had to make sacrifices and adjust as their relationships evolved through decades of being together. The sad ones are those who regret their decisions and think of the alternate life they could have had.
