Japanese police arrested a suspect after four people were killed in a rare shooting and stabbing incident involving a 12-hour standoff with police. The suspect had holed up in his father’s house after allegedly shooting two police officers who arrived at the scene in response to a reported stabbing.

People were driven crazy in the lockdowns and things related and we are seeing delayed fallout everywhere is my guess. So things can still happen there.
