No one passed the proficiency test in Baltimore!!! No one!!! I’m sorry but the inequity is self inflicted if you give no effort. You have to actually try to fail unanimously. They had 2,000 students take a basic math proficiency exam and no one scored a passing grade!!! No one got a C minus. The teachers have become overpaid babysitters who do not have any propensity to teach anyone anything of value. Cuz clearly no one was taught math so no one is counting or keeping score…
