we used to sell an annual pass from west coast to hawaii every year.. in every class… we sold about 2000 of them a year.. and honored every flight.. and had repeat buyers every year as a majority.. we rarely had a complaint and didnt charge extras.. unlike airlines today..
i dont know anything about frontiers program.. but im sure its similar.. i do know that frontier and spirit are the worst airlines in the world..
