The reality is that Depp will lose. The standard for a public figure plaintiff, here Depp, is New York Times actual malice a very hard hurdle to leap over for his legal team. He has to prove that she intended hurt him with her previous newspaper complaints. If he couldn't win in the UK where the standard of proof is lower and easier for him to win his chances to win in the U.S are much less. But he has huge public support and I would suppose that his career will continue with great success. Heard, on the other hand, has come across as petulant, childish, and a spoiled brat regardless of whether she poops a lot in bed or not. His Attorney Vasquez and her law firm are the real winners in all of this. Camille will have multiple million-dollar offers coming her way from book deals to working for larger PI law firms.

Amber admits to hitting Johnny but not “punching” him. In my opinion, there isn’t that much of a difference, depending upon the force. However, neither of these people would be easy to live with.
I am in a similar situation and what I can say is , for John to stay away from Amber Heard because I believe she can be dangerous if she wants to against Johnny. Is better Johnny avoids trouble, never marry again is what I would say; is stressful and isn't worth it. Instead, is draining and waste of time.

She took pictures of everything!! But when he supposedly hurt her really bad there wasn't any!! Fake as can be!! I hated watching her but loved how Camille really pushed her buttons. She thinks that by smirking and staring at the jury will help her. I really hope they see right thru her.
I hated watching her on the stand. She is so fake! When questioned by her lawyers she pretended to be sad but as soon as she was cross she got this bitchy bratty attitude. I really hope the jury caught onto that.

As a person who has been mentally abused, Amber’s actions in the recordings and in the courtroom remind me so much of my abuser! I believe Johnny was the one being abused! When he was seen kicking the wall, he was getting his frustration out. If he was abusing her, he would have been hitting her instead! She may have had injuries from him trying to get her off of him. That is far from abuse. That, my friends, is called self defense!
