  1. If NBC, CNN and ABC report this as a fait accompli, be aware. Let us wait.

  2. Looking at the comments posted, there is clearly a lot of confusion over this Special Master in light of the settlement. The settlement deals with issues between Dominion and Fox. The Master was appointed to determine if Fox's lawyer violated court rules covering discovery procedures, as well as general canons of professional ethics. The settlement has nothing to do with that issue. That the case may have this "tail", running on for months, may seem unusual, but then, lawyers willing to act in a wrongful manner which may put them all on the street selling pencils is also unusual. One thing is for sure. Some of the Fox lawyers caught up in this misconduct investigation are at the top of their profession up till now, but regardless of outcome, they are going to sink down to the level of something smelly on the bottom of your shoe in the eyes of other lawyers. Once you loose the trust and respect of your professional peers, you may have a corner office on the 50th Floor, but you'll never do lunch in that town again.

  3. Sounds like some slave s*** to *me special Master, what the f***😮

  4. Fox, Americas number one propaganda network admits they lie, now thats newsworthy!

  5. Judge needs to appoint a special genie to help the 💩 ratings of CNN, MSNBS, CBS, ABC 😅😅😅

  6. Does the settlement end the special master?

  7. All those in favor of proprietary software used to decide our elections raise their hands.

  8. All those in favor of proprietary software used to decide our elections raise their hands.

  9. Fun fact: the Hiliary campaign was found guilty of colluding with russians during the 2020 election to interfere with the election.

  10. Republicans always need a special master🥴😂🤣

  11. …Dominion v Rupert Murdock…

  12. The rich get richer the poor get poorer! I have been hearing this since I was a young tyke. Now this statement is not a conspiracy theory!

  13. Why can't the citizens of United States sue fox for defamation? Fox was main tv organization that pushed all the misinformation that got trumpers to attack the US capital which belongs to American citizens. Fox caused damage and harm to all Americans.
Should be no different than suing a tobacco company or gun manufacturer.

  14. What would’ve been “newsworthy” would’ve been to report about the big lie about how these individual guests were lying and had no proof that would’ve been “newsworthy”.

  15. Money talks – and shuts people up! US is a joke to the rest of the world… #greatestdemocracyintheworld 😂🤡

  16. Fire in a crowded theater is an argument made by Oliver Wendell Holmes over 40 years ago in a Supreme Court case that was OVERTURNED. Your legal expert is a joke, that's legal speech.

  17. A lot of people are upset about the Dominion/Fox settlement, but let’s be honest (something Fox isn’t): Would YOU turn down $787,500,000? If you really want to stop Fox from spreading lies and hate (and/or lose more money), I recommend you contact their advertisers (easily Googled) and tell them you’re going to boycott their products/services, until/unless they stop giving Fox advertising dollars.

  18. Fox asking all staff to bring in their own toilet paper to help with the budget!

  19. another opportunity to mend some of the nations wounds by exposing the cancer underneath gone to waste….

  20. This is sad to hear. By settling, FOX doesn't have to admit guilt, none of their "entertainers" need to testify in public, and they can just keep on doing a disservice to their audience. I had hoped they would go to trial and make them all testify as to how they lied through their teeth.

  21. And this is already out of date.

  22. Hope super special master. Not taking to long for blatant obvious fraud by Fox News

  23. No trial, no apologies, and now faux will still lie about everything that happens.

  24. SHAME on Dominion!
No sense of principle or integrity.

  25. If I learned that a program was intentionally lying to me, I wouldn’t be watching the program anymore.

  26. Why did Dominion settle for less? Thought they wanted 1.6 Billion?

  27. So disappointing how shallow the News is reported by NBC, CBS and ABC… They are failing America

  28. Such a shame there won’t be a trial.. #ENDFOX #FAKENEWS

  29. None so blind as those who refuse to see.

  30. Welcome to Joe Biden's America
