The judge in South Carolina denied Murdaugh’s request after a member of the jury that convicted him of murdering his wife and son testified that the court clerk made Murdaugh seem “already guilty” when she told jurors to “watch him closely.” The judge said the defense did not prove the comments directly influenced the jury’s decision to convict Murdaugh. Hill should be relieved of her duties. She's unprofessional. But a juror is a grown adult. No one twists your arm. You knew what you were doing. Don't serve on a jury if you can't carry out your duties, too. I don't feel sorry for you.

If he was a poor person he wouldn't even got this case, he's guilty by court he should pay for his crime.
So glad he didn't get a new trial. I'm really sick of the Murdaughs and their soap opera drama. He's caused more harm on so many people. He needs to face it! His goose is cooked. Give it up!!
